What our service looks like in practice:
One point of contact from proposal to race weekend
Hotel and access aligned before final confirmation
Route and gate guidance matched to your seating or hospitality zone
Transfer timing built around session end times and Strip closures
Dining and off-track reservations coordinated around race-night movement
Fast problem-solving if schedules, traffic, or plans shift
WHO THIS WEEKEND IS BEST FOR
Couples who want a high-energy American Grand Prix with premium service
Executives entertaining clients in a destination built for hosting
Families or private groups wanting hospitality without operational friction
Fans stepping up from tickets-only to a fully managed race trip

The Las Vegas Grand Prix has captured international attention even before its debut, and for good reason! The Saturday night race unfolds on a brand-new street circuit – the Las Vegas Strip Circuit – featuring the dazzling Strip itself. Over 300,000 fans flocked to the first two editions of the race over three thrilling days. Unlike any other event on the calendar, racing in Las Vegas happens from Thursday to Saturday. Responding to fan feedback, the F1 sessions in 2025 will start earlier, with the late sessions (practice on Thursday, qualifying on Friday, and the race on Saturday) now kicking off at 8 pm instead of 10 pm. This change gives fans more time to soak up the endless excitement that Las Vegas offers!
Unlike many other F1 events, your ticket to the Grand Prix grants access only to the zone of your chosen grandstand or viewing area. So, get ready to immerse yourself in the action from your spot! The grandstands are located in the East Harmon Zone, the West Harmon Zone, the Mirage Zone, and the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere, which also hosts the circuit’s General Admission area.
For the best experience, rideshare and walking are the way to go for reaching the Las Vegas Grand Prix. Designated pick-up and drop-off points are conveniently located at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas (nearest to the start/finish straight and the East Harmon Zone) and the Hughes Centre (closest to the T-Mobile at Sphere Zone).
